Processor: Intel
Email Client: Exchange

Exchange Server 2003, Entourage 2008 (12.2.1)

I am receiving no new emails in Entourage.

OWA receives/sends new emails.

BBerry receives/sends new emails.

Entourage receives updates to the sent mail folder when email is sent from OWA/BBerry/Entourage.

Entourage sends emails no problem.

When writing an email in OWA, the "drafts" folder in entourage highlights to show that a draft exists. It de-highlights after the message is sent from OWA and the message is copied to sent mail.

Database size is 3.6 GB. It's been verified, compacted, and backed up.
Inbox size is 23 messages, 1973k
Sent mail is deleted to empty.
Deleted items are emptied as well.
Junk mail folder empty.

This is an Intel iMac (32 bit), does anyone think that an upgrade to Snow Leopard (32 bit mode) will help this?

so, i'm not real bright, but here it is. after much gnashing of teeth, it turns out all i had to do was rebuild the cache.
control-click the inbox, choose empty cache. you lose everything in the local cache, but then it downloads from the exchange server. life is once again good.
