No on line help content available for office 2003 SBE

Whenever I look up on-line help for any Office 2003 product (word, excel,
powerpoint) I get no help content. The best I can get is table of contents
then when I select an item a dialog box opens and no content shows. Any
ideas?

First try running Detect and Repair found under the Help menu in any
Office application. If that doesn't correct the problem then post back
and we'll go from there.
