no option to install access with OFFICE XP SBE

does access come with Office XP Small Buisness edition?
If so, how can I get it to force install, as it does not show up in the
wizard?

No. SBE comes with the Access runtime to support some of the SBE utilities, but
you cannot use Access to create or edit MDB files. You need Office Proffesional
(or possibly Premium) for it to include a licensed version of Access.
