No option to right click for administrator to get rid of EULA

I've signed in as administrator and tried to go to start>programs> etc. and
right click on an Office program as suggested here, and have no option to
open or start the program as administrator to get rid of the EULA.
I restarted the computer then signed in as administrator again, and it still
doesn't work.
Where do I go from here?
