no outbox

Can anyone help? I supposedly have email stuck in my out
box which is causing mail delivery errors. When I called
my cable company for technical help they told me I need to
delete all messages from my outbox. My problem, which
completely stumped him, is that there is NO OUTBOX
anywhere on my computer. Any ideas? Thanks!

What email client and what version or that client?
