No page numbers in table of contents for non-sequential levels

Is there a way to remove the page numbers in the TOC for non sequential
levels? \n 2-3 will take care of the first grouping but I also need TOC 5
without numbers.

ABSTRACT................................................ iii TOC1
CHAPTER TOC2
I. INTRODUCTION TOC3
"{Sub-Topic}"....................... 2 TOC4
"{Sub-Topic}"....................... 2 TOC4
II. REVIEW OF LITERATURE TOC3
"{Sub-Topic}"....................... 3 TOC4
"{Sub-Topic}"....................... 3 TOC4
III. DESIGN AND METHODOLOGY and so on
"{Sub Topic}" ...................... 4
"{Sub Topic}" ...................... 4
IV. ANALYSIS OF RESULTS

APPENDICES 7 TOC 5 (shouldn't have
number)

You have to map your level 5 heading to the TOC 4, and your fourth
level to TOC 5, and then exclude page numbers from levels 2-4 (and
modify the indentation for the TOC 4 and TOC 5 styles to get the
desired look). See the "Omitting page numbers for noncontiguous
