No permission on ITG provisioned SharePoint Beta

I get a credential dialog when I go out to my site set up a couple of weeks
or more ago. When attempting to set up another site, I get the same dialog
box prompting for my log in information. Any idea why?

Honestly I've spent more time than I should online looking how to even
contact someone on it (no access to phone during the meetings yesterday).
I'll call helpdesk and see if they know. Thought I'd throw it out here just
to see.
