no picture in media player

Hi, I can hear the audio portion of video files but I dont get any picture?
Does anyone know what I can do to fix it? I upgrade my wmp9 to the new wmp
11 and it still doesnt have a picture.

Media Player isn't included in Microsoft Office suites, perhaps you may
wish to pose your question in one of the groups that deal with Media
Player. You'll find it in the list below at Windowsmedia.player
