How do I get the choice of "Preview as Web Page" to show up in the
file menu. I am running Microsoft Word:macv.X Service release 1

Choose Tools/Customize... In the Toolbars pane, select the Menu Bar item
(i.e., highlight it, not just check the checkbox). Click Reset.
