I just bought a laptop computer. It's an HP. Included with it was a cd for
Microsoft Works and Money, and on the back is an certificate for authenticity
for a trial for Office Student-Teacher 2003. When I go to activate the trail,
it says to type in a 25 key product id. Problem is my certificate has a 14
key tracking number, and no other number. Is my trial a fake? What should I
do about it? I can't get in without the number.
