No project in project centre

Ok,

This behaiviour suddenly started on our installation of
MSOPS 2003 -

When trying to view projects in PWA, sometimes a prompt
comes up asking me log into the server, and then a
message flashes up literally for a second saying that
there a no projects to view in projects centre - the same
thing that it does when you don't have the access to the
projects views. I can't get a screen shot because it is
too quick!!

This has occurred on our site today and I can
confirm that same behaviour has also started today at a
totally independant site elsewhere!!! Both installs have
active projects that can be seen in the File Open Dialog
in Project Pro, or in the Issues and Risks project lists.

Can anyone offer any advice as it is a matter of urgency.

Alex:

Totally idependent of what? Your network? If not, I'd look to new security
policies being pushed or old ones being changed with a coincidence like that
happening on the same network.

Hi Gary,

We have experienced the exact same behaviour Alex was talking about. We just
installed Project Server 2003 as per the instructions - we have also run
PSCONFIG and checked the IIS Security settings.

We have had it working on another server (but decided to move servers) and
that worked fine. NOw we are getting this problem when logging into PWA.
Also when we try to start Project Pro we get a server error saying it cannot
connect to the Project Server, but we don't know why - the accounts are set
up correctly but the Test comes back with and unexpected server response.

As far as I can tell we haven't done anything different on this server than
the previous one....
