Both outlook 2002 and outlook express 6 are having a problem taking messages
off the server when the sender is noreply@... Is there a fix for this?

Define "having trouble". Neither Outlook nor Outlook Express cares if the
sender is "noreply@...". There's nothing in either that looks for that
sender unless you yourself have created a rule to do so.
