No reply software

I'm looking for software/add-on regarding email management in OUTLOOK 2007.
Specifically, If I send an email to someone and I do NOT get a reply in a
specified amount of time, I will be alerted. Is there any software like that?

Outlook 2007 can already do that by marking the message for follow up.
