No response when I select "accounts", nothing happens,

in Outlook 2000. No screen change at all. I have Outlook 2000 installed on
my desktop and now trying to install it on my laptop.

what operating system is on the laptop? outlook 2000 won't work well on
vista.

if its not vista, define 'screen change'
