no response when new, reply and forward email

when i make a new, reply and forward email, the outlook
does not response.

I have to wait for a long long time, but still no response.
I have to press Ctrl + Alt + Del to stop outlook.


i am using win98 and outlook 2000

please teach me how to solve it....
