no right click

Mike Mueller

The no-right-click scripts require that javascript be
allowed to run. All any user needs to do is to disable
javascript, and then they can right click to their hearts
content. There is no way to protect images as they are
stored on the client machine before the browser displays
them. All the scripts do is make it harder to get the
images and make you look like an amateur designer.

Umm - you can't. None of them work to do anything other than to flummox the
people who wouldn't know what to do with the right click options anyhow.

my site has copyright images on it, for crafting. If
someone has the notion they can copy the image to put on
a card without paying for the stamp that does it for
them. THATS WHY

If you've got visible images on your site there really is no way that you
can stop people from doing whatever they want with them.

the best bet is to use small images at a fairly low resolution (72dpi) that
won't be suitable for much.

No right click doesn't work..

If you use IE and come across a page with the "no right click" Try Holding
the right button down on your mouse and then hit enter.... When you release
the right mouse button you will have the right click menu...

For more information on this try

Even if a person doesn't know about right click, all they need to do in IE, is File Menu | Save As
for the page they are looking at.

In your IE address bar type the following:

? JavaScript No-Right Click scripts.

When you test your scripts, you need to do so from your live site in your browser.

Even if you disable right click, the images are already automatically
downloaded anyway...to see my point browse through you temp internet cache
with an image view someday...they're all there. So for anyone that is
knowledgeable enough to want to steal your images...there they are...for
those who aren't all your gonna do is make annoy them and make creating a
shortcut to your site difficult.
