Same way you always do, double click the contacts email address and select Always send Plain Text.

Same way you always do, double click the contacts email address and select Always send Plain Text.
I opened contacts, opened the e-mail address in question and didn't
see this option. I saw some tabs, labeled General, Details,
Activities, Certificates, and All Fields. I opened each tab, looking
for this setting (I remember that such a setting exists from the
past).
After looking at each page twice, I posted my original message in this
thread.
After your reply, I went through the above again. I still can't find
it.

I said nothing about doing what you did.
Did you double click on the actual email address ([email protected]) in the contact record? Did you choose Always send in Plain Text?

I said nothing about doing what you did.
When I didn't find anything clicking on the contact, I listed what I
did find in detail - I thought the contact name was the email address
(It's what I enter). Thanks for replying again.

I see it now. I thought that was data, not a menu.
