No ruler at top of Word for PC

I thought there was a ruler at the top of the page in the Word for PC's.
Maybe I'm wrong but if I'm not where did it go?

Hi, Willadeegee:

Click View in the menu bar and then move your mouse pointer down to click
"Ruler". Hope it helps
