no scroll bar on PivotTable component ??? clipped by IE ?

I have a .aspx web page that is hosting both a PivotTable and
ChartSpace control.

The problem is with my PivotTable control. When I drill thru the
data, the control increases in size until it is clipped by the IE
window, no SCROLLBAR shows up !!! and I cannot get to the data that is
clipped.

In general, I do not understand how to control the size behavior of
the PivotTable control, it seems to do whatever it wants ???

We had a simialr issue with OWC9 - we moved to the XP version and the scroll bars work fine
