no send button for replies to emails , HELP??

I have no send button to reply to emails, espcially to the email address from
craigslist, HELP??? Where is the send button hiding? How can I get to it??

With the e-mail selected click Actions, then Reply. If you are not using
Microsoft Outlook, please post your query instead, to the newsgroup for
the e-mail program you are using.
