no sign of BCM after install

installed Outlook 2003 with BCM - no sign that install
happened even though there were no errors during install.

Installed patch required for SBS 2003 environment...

Verified in Registry that LoadCondition = 3 to load BCM

It simply is not showing up anywhere (other than those
registry keys) that I ever installed it. PLEASE help.
