No Signatures on outlook web messages

David

When I access my e-mail via the web my signature no
longer appears on messages created from the web. Is it
possible to have the signature block appear on messages
created in outlook via web access??? Thanks for your
help...

Of course not. OWA is a view into your Exchange mailbox. It has no
knowledge of anything you created in Outlook, as far as options like
signatures are concerned. It has its own signature settings that are
completely distinct from Outlook's. Where to find them is dependent on the
version of Exchange you're running.

I am running Outlook 2002, is that enough info to point
me int he right direction? Do I need to make the changes
in outlook or in inetexplorer when I have logged into
outlook via the web? Thanks for your help...

No, because OWA doesn't know anything about Outlook. I said "the version of
Exchange".

Define the signatures Outlook is to use in Outlook. Define the signatures
OWA is to use in OWA.

My apologies, it is exchange version 2000...any thoughts?

Well, I just checked our OWA and there's an Options link I can select, with
a Signatures link available from there. I can create server-based
signatures from that point.
