No sound on copied PowerPoint 2007 Show

When I play a PowerPoint Show on the desktop computer that it was created on
the background music plays as it should. But when I copy the file to my
laptop so that I can present it to several outside groups the music does not
play.

This is my first attempt to transfer a show to another computer so I am
probably missing a step but I cannot figure out what it is.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Did you copy the music to your laptop also ?
