No Sound

I have just installed Microsoft Office 2003. There is no sound no matter
what I do.
Also when I go to chang the volume in the Audio and Sound controlls in
the control pannel, it says that "Windows canot execute SndVol32.exe,
use Add/Remove Programs controll panel to install"

Did you get any sort of message or what? Did it seem like you were able to
install it or did it say that the file was already present?

I was able to install it but there was still no sound.
