Hello,
we have a problem with some of our users that work with Outlook 2003
on W2K3-terminalservers.
Some of our users (not all of them!) don't have these envelope symbols
in the symbol column of the incoming mail folder and in their other
folders in outlook.
The column "symbols" is activated to be displayed in the mail view.
The symbols view is present but the symbols themselves (these little
closed and opened envelopes for unread and read mails) are not
displayed. There is a white emptiness instead.
I already recreated the users outlook profile manually without
success.
Perhaps someone has an idea how i get these symbols back.
