no tasks assigned in PWA

I am trying to set up project central to be used in the company for the first
time. I have gotten the email notifications working properly, but when
anyone tries to click on the link to see their task assignments on the PWA it
says that they have no tasks assigned. When I look at the resource view it
shows my resources and the tasks that are assigned to them, but nobody has
any tasks assigned on the tasks page. I have set the user permissions to be
allowed to access all views.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
