No templates show when selecting New Documnets

Upgraded from office 2003 to 2007, when I chose create new document, there
are no templates displayed.
Anyone have any ideas

Do you see the "Installed Templates" option in the File/New dialog
box?

Note that the File New dialog box also displays templates that are
available on Office Online. If you don't have an internet connection
those will not be available.
