no toolbar

Hello,

Sometimes, when I open a Word doc for mail merge, absolutley no toolbars
show up but the contents of the document are fine.

How do I get the toolbars to show up again. Is there a hidden button or
shortcut key that will make the toolbars appear again like they normally
would?

All toolbars or the Mail Merge toolbar? Unfortunately, in Word 2002 and
2003, opening a mail merge main document doesn't automatically display the
MM toolbar. You can right-click on the menu bar and choose the toolbars you
want from the list, but if you're not even seeing a menu bar, see
