I have an assistant that is viewing the calendar of their manager. The
manager has a blackberry but does not enter anything into the device, only
uses it for viewing.
An appointment has been sent from the assistants PC on behalf of the manager
which is in turn accepted by many attendees and it appears in the managers
calendar.
The problem is that the tracking tab is not present for the appointment
Only 4 appointments have had this issue over the last month out of 100+
appointments.
I am stumped.
I have:
Checked mailbox quota
outlook /cleanfreebusy
outlook /cleanreminders
new outlook profile on both PC's
new XP profile for assistant (other issue)
The manager has also just received a new laptop and XP install. (the problem
has happened before and after the install)
The manager and assistant are both running Windows XP and Office
Does anyone have any ideas?
