I'm running 2007 Office on both Vista 32 and XP. I was able to view my video in WMP and I was also able to insert the video in Power Point. I was able to preview the video in power point but when I started the slide show and got to the slide with the video, I'd click the video to play and power point froze so that I had to start task manager and end the task.
I don't understand why, but after 4 hours trying to make it work I found that if you right click on the video, select preview, let it start playing then click to the side to stop it, then the videos work in the actual slide show.
I hope this helps someone, I searched everywhere for answers and couldn't find any.
