No Windows Logo key on keyboard

My keyboard does not hwve the Windows logo key. Can I set One Note to use
another key? What can I do? (Other than another keyboard... I need mine due
to personal accessibility needs.)

One option is to remap a key to the WinKey.
Microsoft offer a free utility: Remapkey.
Other developers also offer keyboard remapper utilities.
