Greetings and Salutations

I just read your posts on the MacOffice Forum, and I absolutely guarantee
you that you should not have to reinstall to get the update on the machine.
I can also guarantee you that the receipts are not involved in the update
scenario.

I would like to work with each of you to understand why you cannot get the
update to run on your machine provided you still are having an issue. I do
not want you to have to reinstall this time or any time. Are you willing to
work with me and another member of my team?

I am really sorry you are experiencing this issue, and I want to get to the
bottom of it with your help we will and you will not have this pain again.

I am getting ready to go on vacation, but I have alerted one of my teammates
to look out for your response. Someone will get back to you.

Please leave your email address on this thread OR email it to Diane so she
can get it to me and my teammate.

Thanks again for your help solving this,

David Pelton
