non-breaking hyphen

In FrontPage 2000 (4.0.2.665), how do I set up non-
breaking hyphens?

I've tried <CTRL><SHIFT><-> and it doesn't work, although
it does in Word.

Kind of driving me nuts.

By default in html a hyphen-ated word will not break
