Hi,
how project decide which task in project is critical and which not?

A task is critical if it's Slack is equal to or less than the number
set in the "Tasks are critical if slack is equal to or less than"
setting at the bottom of the Tools | Options | Calculation dialog. By
default this number is 0. What this comes down to (with the default
setting) is that a task is 'critical' if any increase in it's finish
date will cause an increase in the finish date of the whole project.
