Non-enterprise projects

I have published a project to Project Server, but when I
use the option to "build team", I am told this cannot be
done because the project selected is a "non-enterprise"
project. How do I go about making this project an
enterprise project. Thanks

Close the project in question and then click Tools - Enterprise Options -
Import Project to Enterprise. Carefully complete the steps in each page of
the Import Projects wizard. Hope this helps.
