Non-infopath using open form on a web page

I have created a form that we need to get on to our web page and then allow
users who do not have infopath on their systems to open it up and fill it
out. Is there a way to do this? Thank in advance for any assistance.

You will need Forms Server or SharePoint with Form Services to be able to
view InfoPath forms in a web page (see
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/formsserver/default.aspx and
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/formsserver/HA101655271033.aspx). Another
option is to purchase a third-party solution that does the same; I do not
know of any, though.
