non print of graphic insert in Access/Word form

We create invoices that for years have printed our logo. We have reinstalled
the front end as well as the entire program. This seems to happen on some
computers and not on others. We have also taken the program from working
machines and installing them on ones that do not work and it does not make a
difference.
