Non-project time

I would like to create a report of all employee's non-
project time activities on a weekly basis. The project
server settings have been made to report non-project time
on a daily basis.
How can I do this?

Write a SQL query, or don't use this feature. Microsoft provided no way to
access this data from the interface. I prefer to setup administrative
projects for this purpose.

Gary,

Which table contains the Non-working time field. While
creating a NOn-project time it mentions to add name which
can be referred in the database.
Any help or suggestions?
