In the future, please post your questions in either the
microsoft.public.project newsgroup if you have a question about the
Microsoft Project desktop application only, or in the
microsoft.public.project.server newsgroup if your question pertains to
Project Server. To answer your question, you cannot stop non-working days
from appearing in the Gantt Chart. This means you cannot suppress the
Saturdays and Sundays. The best you can do is change the formatting from
gray to white by completing the following steps:
1. Apply the Gantt Chart view
2. Click Format - Timescale
3. Select the Non-working time tab
4. Set the Draw option (upper left corner) to "Do not draw"
5. Click the OK button
