None of your e-mail accounts could send to this recipient

I recently moved and got Comcast as my ISP. Their default setup is with a
wireless router, which gets me reasonably good throughput times (1632 kbps
down/356 kbps up, according to DSL Reports). However, at least once a day,
and always the first time that I send mail through Outlook 2003 after
starting the program, outgoing messages are rejected as undeliverable, with
the note "None of your e-mail accounts could send to this recipient." If I
go back into the "Sent Items" folder and re-send each item, they will
usually go through fine. I'm guessing that there is some time-out setting
that needs to be tweaked here, but I have no idea where to look for it. Any
ideas?
