None of your e-mail accounts could send to this recipient

I occassionally get this message when sending to a
recipient through Outlook 2002 SP-2. It doesn't happen
all the time and doesn't always happen to the same
recipient (e.g. can sometimes send to them successfully)
I can send OK through MSN mail to these recipients.
Anyone have a suggestion why this may be happening?
