Normal Distribution curves

I would like to insert normal distribution curves in my class notes, without
the need to use excel if possible and also the ability to manipulate the
curve whether to be flatter or narrower.

I would like to know how can i insert normal distribution curve into a word
document, whether there is a template for them or not/
