Running Office XP 2002.
Quite a bit of users are receiving this normal.dat issue and renaming it
fixes the matter. Even applying SP3 for Office fixes it.
We have hundreds of computers nation wide and cannot apply SP3 via WSUS/GPO.
Is there a specific fix inside the SP3 which I can get from Microsoft and
that will fix this issue?
