Sorry, I missed the part where you mentioned Terminal Server, and
I don't know anything about TS. If Word 2003 is installed on a
Windows XP computer with multiple user profiles, then each user
profile has its own Normal.dot in C:\Documents and
Settings\<username>\Application Data\Microsoft\Templates. Does
TS have a personal directory (or something like that) for each user?

Oh, and only Word can create a Normal.dot file. Word
automatically creates Normal.dot in the Templates folder
specified in Word's Tools->Options->FileLocations dialog.

I have tried setting a normal.dot file in the

C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data\Microsoft\Templates

But it did nto work.

The problem is that the old normal.dot file is in a folder with the
companies other templates.

They have add macros to the normal.dot which refer the these templates so
when you go into word with the normal.dot file in each users settings you can
not access the templets to which the macros refer to.

It would be to complicated to copy all of the templats to each user because
they are updated on a regular bases.

Do you have any other suggestions?
