Normal.dot in Outlook 2007

Hi all,
has anyone figured out how to run Word 2007 macros (saved in
Normal.dot) when writing e-mail messages in Outlook 2007. I cannot even
figure out how to assign shortcuts that work in Outlook. Does not
appear to be any available info.
