Hi

I created a normal.dot and saved it in my C: drive. Now whenever I
open a new word (blank) document or when I am trying to compose a new
mail from my outlook the same document is popping up

I have to delete that one and type a new mail or document

I need some suggestions

When I went to "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11\WINWORD.EXE" the document was not empty, it had the text that I created and saved as .dot template
I am not able to delete the contents and save it, I need some help

You cannot create a Normal.dot. Only Word can do that. See
