Hi all,

Two quick questions about Office/Word 2003.

1. How do I edit the normal.dot template that loads when Word loads?

2. When I search for "normal.dot" in Word's online help, why does it find no
results?

I find the easiest way to modify Normal.dot is to make the changes in the
word from the desktop - like open a new toolbar. then exit word. this will
save the changes to the normal.dot
