Only resently when I open my word document the blank
document is not correct. At the top the only thing you see
the ruler. The Format Tool Bar nor any other tool bars can
be seen so you cannot use the Tools-View to display the
tool bars to select any other tool bar.
I have uninstalled Microsoft Office 2000 and reinstalled
it and I have used the repair selection of the
installation CD to try and repair the problem. I have also
reinstalled my Windem 98 SE just to try and see if that
fixed the problem. However, I was unable to fix the
problem.
What would you suggest i could do to fix this problem.
