On my Win 7 laptop computer, the Normal.dotm is suddenly blank. It looks like it has reverted to the out of the box normal dotm. It lost all the styles and macros that I created. Interestingly, it kept my margin settings. I ran Microsoft Office diagnostic and I ran repair on the Office installation disk, but they did not resolve the problem.
However, I copied and pasted the Normal.dotm to my Win 7 desktop computer, and it opens ok. It has all my styles and macros. What gives? Should I reload Office on my laptop?
