I am having a terrible time with all new documents in Word.
Every time I open a new document the cursor is at the very top of the page and I have to create a header in order to start a new document.
I have gone to C:\Users\User\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Templates and deleted the file as suggested by a college professor, but when I reopen Word and start a new document it again returns to a non-header format
It's very frustrating to have to adjust every single file I create.
Can someone help me please?
